Summary
We are looking for a permanent, full-time Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 2 years experience. This person must have office experience and excellent organizational skills. Experience in or knowledge of the printing industry, chemical industry and hazardous materials/dangerous goods regulations is an asset. The candidate chosen will be responsible for processing orders by phone, fax, web and mail.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Taking calls from customers across the United States
- Providing information and quotations to customers
- Taking orders from customers by phone, fax, web and mail
- Entering and processing orders and returns in Accpac
- Solving customer problems
- Other related activities as requested, e.g. database maintenance, etc.
Qualifications
- Has minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Is able to work alone and with a team
- Is able to prioritize and multitask
- Is deadline and detail oriented
- Has excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Accpac)
- Has problem ownership and resolution skills
- Must be organized
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Will be required to learn extensive product knowledge
- Has knowledge of printing industry
- Is courteous with internal and external contacts
- Takes initiative
- Has a high degree of accuracy and judgment
- Works well under pressure
