Our shipping and handling labels have internationally recognized symbols that break the language barrier for the safe handling of your shipments.

We offer shipping, handling, warning, detection, and indication labels that are printed on gloss paper with a superior smooth finish and printed with fade-resistant inks. Labels are backed with an all-purpose, permanent adhesive to bond to any surface. Available in rolls of 500.

Cargo Aircraft Only label Cargo Aircraft Only Designed to alert shipping personnel that packages containing certain dangerous goods must not be carried on an aircraft with passengers.
ORM-D label Consumer Commodity (ORM-D) These labels allow shippers, receivers, and carriers to know there is a limited hazard when shipping consumer commodities.
Dry Ice label Dry Ice When shipping with dry ice, a Class 9 miscellaneous "dry ice" label must be on the outer packaging.

Keep Dry label Keep Dry Perfect for shipments with special handling instructions such as avoiding excessive humidity and moisture.
Keep From Heat label Keep From Heat Made for products that are highly flammable by air, IATA regulations require that you label the packages with a keep from heat label.
Liquid in Plastic label Liquid in Plastic / Glass Ensure your glass or plastic containers are handled properly by using these highly-noticeable red and white labels.

Overpack label Overpack Use these labels to comply with 49 CFR 173.25 (a)(4) and IATA 7.1.4.1. Every overpack container must be marked with a statement indicating it is an "Overpack" or that the inner packages comply with prescribed specifications.

Label Materials

  • Gloss Paper
    This material is a premium 60# semi-gloss paper with a superior smooth finish. It is backed with an all-purpose permanent adhesive which bonds to a wide variety of substrates. Can be imprinted using a pen, marker or impact printing.

  • Thermalabel™
    This material is a 3.0 mil white top coated polypropylene film. It is backed with a premium freezer grade adhesive with exceptional holding power. Ideal for difficult labeling applications, reclaimed drums and outdoor exposures. Can be imprinted using a pen, marker or impact printing.
