Biosorb Strips are laminate sheets with a fiber-based paper, bonded with Biosorb superabsorbent. Each sheet gives effective fluid control in any shape or size container. It is ideal for use with any liquid specimen (infectious or diagnostic). These strips instantly solidify (to gel form) most liquids with its polymers. Each absorbent strip can absorb 5 ml of urine/sq. in. or 3 ml blood/sq. in.

95 kPa Bag with Absorbent

These bags are the inner component of our diagnostic / biological substance Category B shipper, and are available to purchase separately.

Each patented bag has an absorbent laminated to the inside panels, so there is no need to use absorbent strips when preparing the sample for shipment. A requisite pouch for paperwork is heat sealed on the rear panel of each bag.

To release the adhesive liner, fold the closure lip of the bag backwards and roll your thumbs upward. This will separate the liner from the adhesive. After sealing the bag, rub both bag edges to insure a secure seal.

Category B Shipper with 7 mil Pressure Bag

To insure proper use of this bag, fold the closure lip and release liner backwards and roll your thumbs upward at each side to release the liner from the adhesive. After sealing the bag, rub both bag edges to insure a secure seal.

The absorbent lined poly bag fits diagonally (corner to corner) inside the outer box. This design allows the sample to be suspended during transport to protect sample integrity.

Each absorbent strip can absorb 5 ml of urine/sq. in. or 3 ml blood/sq. in.
