New Anhydrous Ammonia, UN1005 Placards
This new placard must be visible on all transportation vehicles carrying anhydrous ammonia, as stated in Part 4 of the TDG Regulations. Available in three materials: self-stick vinyl, tagboard or rigid vinyl.
| TDG Regulations Erratum – August 2008 Although TDG Part 4 states that the 1005 Ammonia symbol is a "placard or a label", Transport Canada has confirmed that the text in Part 4 should only refer to a placard. This error will be fixed in coming amendments. |
