The new 2009-2010 ICAO Technical Instructions are now available.
These books are published every two years, in October, with new technical instructions to keep the transportation of dangerous goods by air safe. ICAO is a specialized agency of the United Nations and was created to set the standards for aviation safety, security, efficiency and regularity, as well as for aviation environmental protection.
