Create & Verify Shipping Forms Online

DGOffice is our dangerous goods internet-based software as a service (SaaS) that allows you to create compliant documents. It allows you to get comprehensive information about all UN numbers and to print a number of different dangerous goods documents for all transportation modes, taking necessary segregation rules into account.

Since it's a module based system and accessed via the internet, you can customize DGOffice exactly to your needs and access the system anywhere you have an internet connection. In addition, an administrator can set up an account, generate licenses, and add or maintain users to the system from any computer. Read more about the available modules below.

Note: You must purchase the core module AND any subsequent modules in order to use DGOffice.

Air Declaration Form Air Module
If you are shipping by air or a carrier like FedEx, UPS or DHL you want to add the Air module. This will allow you to create a dangerous goods air declaration form per the IATA and ICAO regulations. The software works with the current edition of the ICAO Technical Instructions supplemented where applicable with the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations allowing the user to create a compliant document by simply adding a few items. Users can save items like consignees and technical names, allowing them to be reused at a later date.
Bill of Lading Ground Module
If you ship dangerous goods by common carrier and require a bill of lading, you want to add the Ground module. This works in conjunction with the US DOT 49 CFR regulations to ensure that information entered is consistent to the regulations. Each shipment is checked for general segregation rules, so you never have to worry about accidentally packing two incompatible items.
Sea Declaration Form Sea Module
If you ship dangerous goods by sea, add the sea module. The Sea module works in conjunction with the IMDG Code regulations to ensure your paperwork is in compliance with the current edition. Restrictions and segregation rules are automatically checked when you enter a specific UN number.
  Document Archive
Documents created with air, ground or sea module can be stored and shared by purchasing this module. PDF documents can be saved and reproduced for easy updating, without starting from the beginning. Without the document archive, shipments created will not be stored, and it is the responsibility of the user to save the PDF upon generation.
  Product Label Module
If you require labels such as addresses, UN number or net quantity, add the product label module. When creating your documentation, a field is completed which will generate a label to your size specification.
  Own Articles Module
Do your shippers understand your part numbers better than UN numbers? If yes, then add this module. The administrator can set up a user part code with a dangerous goods designation, which can be recalled when needed for a shipment. For example, the shipper enters part code CQ1240 which DGOffice interprets as Paint UN 1263 and the documentation is completed accordingly.
  Statistics Module
If you need to keep track of shipments, amounts shipped for management or government reporting, add Statistics. This module will allow the user to search and export information that can be further manipulated in Microsoft® Excel® or other comperable spreadsheet software.
