Maintaining and updating an MSDS library of chemicals used in your workplace is complex and labour-intensive task that takes time away from your business activities and likely the bottom line. By turning the MSDS management headache over to ICC The Compliance Center, we save you time and resources.

Our experienced and dedicated team will proactively contacted suppliers and manufacturers to obtain updated MSDS and upload them to your ChemplianceWeb distribution website. All indexed data fields will be verified and updated should information change on the MSDS. This includes ingredients concentration, hazard ratings and spill exposure overview (SEO) depending on choosen indexing data level.

We offer 5 data indexing levels: BASIC, BASIC + LABEL, BRONZE, SILVER or GOLD. You choose the appropriate data level based on your information needs to achieve the goals of your management program.

Our Quality Guarantee: We guarantee 100% accuracy of key data fields used for environmental reporting. If you find any errors in the product name, ingredient (name, CAS # and %) or specific gravity fields, you will not pay the annual or MSDS loading fee for that MSDS.


MSDS Sourcing & Updating (3 year program)

This service will allow you to completely outsource the management of your MSDS library over a 3 year period. The annual fee is calculated on active MSDS in use at your location(s). Pricing is held firm for the 3 year period.

MSDS Sourcing & Uploading (1 year program)

This service will allow you to "jump start" your MSDS management program by outsourcing the initial loading and data indexing of your product MSDSs to ICC. Subsequent years' updating can be performed by your company using advanced features of ChemplianceWeb™ MSDS Management program. Pricing will be held firm for 1 year, and you have the option of upgrading to a 3- year program at any time.

Choosing the Data Level


BASIC

Choose BASIC level if you simply need to view and print your MSDS.

BASIC + LABEL

Choose BASIC + LABEL if you need to print HMIS style labels. At this level hazard ratings are assessments for each MSDS. Personal Protective Equipment pictograms (PPE) and Target Organs when listed on the MSDS can be included on your label.

BRONZE

Choose BRONZE if you need to query ingredient names and CAS numbers, drive environmental reports, or cross reference ingredients with RegSub™ regulatory / advisor lists. This level also includes Spill Exposure Overview (SEO) information that can be included on workplace labels and MSDS summary reports.

SILVER

Choose SILVER if you need to query typical physical / chemical data on the MSDS to create report or include on summary MSDS Report.

GOLD

Choose GOLD if you need to query all MSDS fields on the MSDS and require transportation classification.
 

Spill Exposure Overview (SEO)

The SEO spells out in simple language the significant meaning behind the Hazard Ratings and additional hazard exposure information. As an overview, the SEO is designed to be a quick read and give the employee a critical overview of the hazards of exposure to the material.

Secondary Labeling

With label information based on the selected indexing level, you can easily print various styles and sizes of secondary or workplace labels. Labels can be printed to any laser or compatible thermal transfer printers. Shown below are typical examples of workplaces labels generated from ChemplianceWeb.
