FormTool was designed to quickly turn paper forms into electronic forms. FormTool is an easy way to scan an existing form, customize a pre-designed form, or automatically fill out an existing form.

ICC Compliance Center designed FormFiller, the program that generates electronic templates that work with FormTool, to create the exact documents required by transportation regulations. Choose from FormFiller Air Declaration template, Maritime Declaration template, Dangerous Goods Bill of Lading template, Hazardous Materials Bill of Lading template, or Not Restricted Articles template.

FormTool and FormFiller work together so you get electronic forms that can be created, filled, shared and consolidated, customized, emailed, and maintained in a relational database. The easy to follow steps and storage capabilities allow you to save forms used on a regular basis, without having to type them over and over.
