This 42-page guidebook has been prepared using 7 Steps to Compliance.
By implementing this guidebook as part of your training, you increase your employees' ability to retain the knowledge learned and put it to practical use. Each of the sections is one of the 7 steps and provides information for how a shipment of dangerous goods should be prepared for safe transport. The first section introduces the regulations specific to the US and to Canada.
The US edition outlines the Hazardous Materials Regulations and shows the basic responsibilities under the regulations. The Canadian edition introduces Canada's TDG Clear Language Act and Regulations and the responsibilities of transporting dangerous goods.
This is an easy-to-read and logical format that includes a quiz to be completed by the employee to ensure total understanding of the safe transportation of hazardous materials and dangerous goods. An answer key is included in the guidebook, but can easily be removed for the trainer to evaluate employees.
