Andy has an extensive background in chemical regulations and has conducted numerous training programs throughout North America for industrial customers and government organizations. |
| Barbara Foster, B.Ed., M.Sc. Senior Regulatory Specialist |
Barbara works out of our Mississauga office. She has over 18 years experience in Hazmat training and specializes in TDG Clear Language, 49 CFR, IATA, IMDG, WHMIS regulations, and the upcoming GHS regulations. Barbara is a past president and is actively involved with the Dangerous Goods Advisory Council (DGAC). |
| Jim Henry Regulatory Specialist |
Jim works out of our Mississauga office with more than 30 years experience in training. He has extensive experience in health and safety, transportation of dangerous goods and auditing. He specializes in TDG Clear Language, IATA, IMDG, 49 CFR, WHMIS and is involved in the upcoming GHS regulations. He is also a trained radioactive materials (RAM) shipper. Jim is the Vice-chair of the Regulatory Affairs Committee (RAC) of the Canadian Association of Chemical Distributors (CACD). |

Suzanne works out of our Dorval office. She has over 4 years experience in TDG Clear Language, and 9 years in WHMIS regulations. She is also knowledgeable in IATA and IMO regulations and is involved in the upcoming GHS regulations. She is also responsible for our translation service for MSDSs. |
| Toni-Ann McLean, B.Sc. Regulatory Specialist |
Toni-Ann specializes in regulatory services. She has over 7 years experience with WHMIS regulations and health and safety. She is also knowledgeable in US and Canadian consumer regulations, European, and US Right to Know legislation. She actively participates at the Society for Chemical Hazard Communication (SCHC) learning about upcoming changes to the regulations, and was recently awarded a certificate for more than 40 hours of professional development. |
| Aracelly Guerra Quiroz, B.Sc., M.Sc. Regulatory Specialist |
Aracelly is the newest member of our regulatory department, working from our Dorval, QC office. Although she is new to ICC, she has extensive knowledge in the dangerous goods regulations. Her prior experience as a Transport Canada inspector will provide ICC customers with hands-on industry experiences. Aracelly will teach courses in TDG, IATA, WHMIS and IMDG regulations. |

Tom Roman is the newest member to join ICC The Compliance Center's regulatory team. Working from our Niagara Falls office, Tom will provide training courses to our customers on regulations such as 49CFR, IATA and IMDG. Tom brings with him over 14 years of experience in the medical products field. |
