Professional Regulatory Staff
Our regulatory team provides a full compliment of experience to aid our customers in understanding and providing compliance with the TDG Clear Language, 49 CFR, IATA, IMO, WHMIS, European and US Hazard Communication, Canadian consumer, and US consumer regulations. The team has a combined 120 years of experience in hazardous materials related industry.

Andy has an extensive background in chemical regulations and has conducted numerous training programs throughout North America for industrial customers and government organizations. |
| Barbara Foster,
B.Ed., M.Sc. Senior Regulatory Specialist |
Barbara works out of our Mississauga office. She has over 18 years experience in Hazmat training and specializes in TDG Clear Language, 49 CFR, IATA, IMDG, WHMIS regulations, and the upcoming GHS regulations. Barbara is a past president and is actively involved with the Dangerous Goods Advisory Council (DGAC). |
| James (Jim) Henry | Jim works out of our Mississauga office with more than 30 years experience in training. He has extensive experience in health and safety, transportation of dangerous goods and auditing. He specializes in TDG Clear Language, IATA, IMDG, 49 CFR, WHMIS and is involved in the upcoming GHS regulations. He is also a trained radioactive materials (RAM) shipper. Jim is actively involved with the Regulatory Affairs Committee (RAC) of the Canadian Association of Chemical Distributors (CACD). |
| Suzanne Levac | Suzanne works out of our Dorval office. She has over 4 years experience in TDG Clear Language, and 9 years in WHMIS regulations. She is also knowledgeable in IATA and IMO regulations and is involved in the upcoming GHS regulations. She is also responsible for our translation service for MSDSs. |
| Toni-Ann McLean, B.Sc. | Toni-Ann specializes in regulatory services. She has over 7 years experience with WHMIS regulations and health and safety. She is also knowledgeable in US and Canadian consumer regulations, European, and US Right to Know legislation. She actively participates at the Society for Chemical Hazard Communication (SCHC) learning about upcoming changes to the regulations, and was recently awarded a certificate for more than 40 hours of professional development. |
| Emily Walter, B.S. | Emily works out of our Niagara Falls office. She specializes in the 49 CFR, IATA, and IMDG regulations and is knowledgeable in TDG Clear Language and WHMIS regulations. She also works on our consulting services relating to MSDSs and labels. |
| Bill Williams, B.A., M.Sc. | Bill joined ICC 2 years ago, and has recently become the newest member of our regulatory team, putting his Masters of Science in Education into practice. Bill will be teaching 49 CFR, IATA and IMDG classes, based out of our Niagara Falls NY office. |
