Plan for Savings"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Shipping dangerous goods can be an expensive process.\u00a0Employee training, specification packaging, insurance premiums, DG freight surcharges, rejected shipments \u2013 these are just a few costs that are incurred by those who ship dangerous goods.\u00a0While some of these costs are fixed, many can be reduced if a little planning is done on the front end.\u00a0 To avoid wasting unnecessary money, here are a few points to consider <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">before<\/span> you package your shipment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Freight forwarders<\/em><\/strong><em> \u2013 a useful resource to organize the movement of your freight to its final destination.\u00a0Many make the mistake of assuming they shop around for the cheapest rates or method;
