{"id":735300,"date":"2021-04-19T06:45:40","date_gmt":"2021-04-19T10:45:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thecompliancecenter.com\/ca\/?p=735300"},"modified":"2021-05-12T15:38:33","modified_gmt":"2021-05-12T19:38:33","slug":"european-safety-data-sheets-amended","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thecompliancecenter.com\/ca\/help-center\/articles\/european-safety-data-sheets-amended\/","title":{"rendered":"European Safety Data Sheets Amended"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-858778 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thecompliancecenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/ICC_ECHAGuidanceonSDS_Blog_4-2021.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1001\" height=\"301\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In December 2020, ECHA (European Chemicals Agency) published Guidance on the compilation of Safety Data Sheets, Version 4.0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Europe, Safety Data Sheets are compiled in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1907\/2006 (REACH). The current standard 2015\/830 was amended to 2020\/878. In accordance with Article 2 of Regulation (EU) 2020\/878, Safety Data Sheets completed using amendment 2015\/830 can continue to be used until December 2022.
