Ce que vous ne croyez peut-\u00eatre pas, c&#8217;est que l&#8217;auditeur est du m\u00eame c\u00f4t\u00e9 que vous, celui de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Votre entreprise sera probablement la cible d&#8217;un audit si :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une plainte a \u00e9t\u00e9 formul\u00e9e<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous exp\u00e9diez un produit \u00e0 haut risque (c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire un produit toxique \u00e0 l&#8217;inhalation)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il y a historique d&#8217;incidents<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous \u00eates enregistr\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s du DOT<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous \u00eates titulaire d&#8217;un permis sp\u00e9cial ou d&#8217;une approbation de l&#8217;autorit\u00e9 comp\u00e9tente<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comment pouvez-vous vous y pr\u00e9parer au cas o\u00f9?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En ayant des registres appropri\u00e9s, qu&#8217;ils soient virtuels ou sur papier. En vous assurant que tout produit est identifi\u00e9 par le \u00ab nom DOT \u00bb. Par exemple, si vous organisez une formation \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans le cadre de l&#8217;orientation de vos employ\u00e9s, notez que le dossier de formation \u00e0 la sensibilisation \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 se trouve dans le dossier d&#8217;orientation des employ\u00e9s. Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui doivent \u00eatre inclus dans cette tenue de registre comprennent, mais ne sont pas limit\u00e9s \u00e0 :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dossiers de formation (assurez-vous qu&#8217;ils sont \u00e0 jour)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enregistrement selon la 49 CFR Partie 107.601 (au besoin)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rapports d&#8217;inspection ant\u00e9rieurs\/entrevues de d\u00e9part<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Permis sp\u00e9ciaux ou approbations des autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plans de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Num\u00e9ro-M<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RIN ou CTN, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Documents d&#8217;exp\u00e9dition<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emballage<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>Instructions de fermeture<\/li>\n<li>Outils utilis\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsque l&#8217;inspecteur arrive, attendez-vous \u00e0 avoir une r\u00e9union de pr\u00e9sentation. Au cours de cette r\u00e9union, l&#8217;inspecteur identifiera les personnes cl\u00e9s, dressera un profil de l&#8217;entreprise, visitera les installations, examinera les stocks et examinera divers documents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les principales violations constat\u00e9es lors de l&#8217;audit sont les suivantes :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dossiers de formation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fermeture du conditionnement<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plans de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conservation du document d&#8217;exp\u00e9dition<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00e9quence du document d&#8217;exp\u00e9dition (ISHP)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenue des registres des cylindres<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une fois l&#8217;audit termin\u00e9, il y aura rencontre pour faire un entretien de d\u00e9part. Au cours de l&#8217;entretien de d\u00e9part, l&#8217;auditeur passera en revue les violations probables et demandera une signature. La signature doit \u00eatre celle d&#8217;un haut responsable de l&#8217;entreprise.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cas de violations potentielles, vous aurez 30 jours pour r\u00e9pondre. \u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, l&#8217;inspecteur en chef d\u00e9terminera quelle \u00ab sanction \u00bb, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, s&#8217;appliquera.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organisez-vous maintenant!
