It is also known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since 1986, the \u201clist\u201d has evolved. Periodically chemicals are added, and in rare cases, removed. December 2021 was no different. There were several chemicals added, including a fairly common chemical Tetrahydrofuran.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following were added to the list in December:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2-Ethylhexyl acrylate (CAS 103-11-7) \u2013 Cancer<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Methyl Acrylate (CAS 96-33-3) \u2013 Cancer<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tetrahydrofuran (CAS 109-99-9) \u2013 Cancer<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To download the new list <a href=\"https:\/\/oehha.ca.gov\/proposition-65\/proposition-65-list\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">click here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For more information on Proposition 65 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.p65warnings.ca.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">click here<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If any of these chemicals are used in your product, you will need to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecompliancecenter.com\/ca\/services\/sds-services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">update your Safety Data Sheet<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecompliancecenter.com\/ca\/services\/labeling\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">product label<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Need Help?
