Le 49CFR ainsi que le TMD permettent d&#8217;exp\u00e9dier ces produits en quantit\u00e9s limit\u00e9es si certaines conditions sont remplies. Si la peinture ne fait l&#8217;objet d&#8217;aucune exception et doit \u00eatre exp\u00e9di\u00e9e dans le cadre d&#8217;un r\u00e8glement complet, le 49CFR et le TMD exigent qu&#8217;une \u00e9tiquette de classe de danger\u202f3 soit appos\u00e9e sur l&#8217;emballage. En ce qui concerne les types d&#8217;emballages acceptables, dans le 49CFR, nous nous r\u00e9f\u00e9rons \u00e0 la colonne\u202f8B du tableau des mati\u00e8res dangereuses de la section\u202f172.101 pour les emballages non en vrac, et \u00e0 la colonne\u202f8C pour les emballages en vrac en fonction du groupe d&#8217;emballage. En ce qui concern le non-vrac, pour le groupe d&#8217;emballage\u202fI, il vous enverra \u00e0 173.201 et pour les groupes d&#8217;emballage\u202fII et III, il vous enverra \u00e0 la section\u202f173.173. Ces deux entr\u00e9es permettent une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&#8217;emballages ext\u00e9rieurs, notamment des <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecompliancecenter.com\/ca\/product-category\/packaging\/4g-boxes-combination\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">bo\u00eetes en carton (4G), <\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">des bo\u00eetes en bois (4D), des bo\u00eetes en plastique (4H1 et 4H2), ainsi que divers types de f\u00fbts \u00e0 utiliser comme emballages individuels, comme des f\u00fbts en acier (1A1 et 1A2), des f\u00fbts en plastique (1H1 et 1H2) ou des jerricanes (3H1 ou 3H2). Les emballages int\u00e9rieurs qui peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur des emballages combin\u00e9s sont le verre, le m\u00e9tal ou le plastique. Le TP14850 autorise le m\u00eame type d&#8217;emballage que celui mentionn\u00e9 ci-dessus pour l&#8217;exp\u00e9dition au Canada, ce que l&#8217;on peut trouver dans les instructions d&#8217;emballage 1 et 2, telles que r\u00e9f\u00e9renc\u00e9es pour les liquides inflammables de classe\u202f3 dans l&#8217;annexe\u202fA. Pour le transport maritime, les charges palettis\u00e9es, les caisses-palettes ou les dispositifs de chargement unitaire doivent \u00eatre solidement emball\u00e9s et fix\u00e9s dans des unit\u00e9s de transport de marchandises ferm\u00e9es; ou<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"%1.\" data-font=\"\" data-listid=\"1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">comme emballage int\u00e9rieur d&#8217;un emballage combin\u00e9 dont la masse brute est \u00e9gale ou inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 40\u202fkg.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">N&#8217;oubliez pas que le TP14850 sera remplac\u00e9 par la nouvelle \u00e9dition de la norme CAN\/CGSB-43.150 quelque part en 2022.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Code IATA et IMDG au niveau international\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">En cas d&#8217;exp\u00e9dition par voie a\u00e9rienne, la liste IATA des marchandises dangereuses situ\u00e9e au point\u202f4.2 vous renvoie \u00e0 plusieurs instructions d&#8217;emballage en fonction de votre groupe d&#8217;emballage si vous exp\u00e9diez des marchandises UN1263, notamment 351, 353 et 355 pour les passagers et le fret et 361, 364 et 366 pour le fret uniquement. Bien que les limites autoris\u00e9es par emballage diff\u00e8rent selon les instructions d&#8217;emballage, toutes autorisent l&#8217;utilisation de f\u00fbts, de bo\u00eetes et de jerricanes comme emballages acceptables, semblables \u00e0 celles du <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecompliancecenter.com\/ca\/product-category\/publications\/us-49-cfr\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">49CF<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">R et du <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecompliancecenter.com\/ca\/product-category\/publications\/canadian-tdg\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">TMD<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Dans certains cas, l&#8217;emballage individuel n&#8217;est pas autoris\u00e9, comme les groupes d&#8217;emballage\u202fI et II en cas d&#8217;exp\u00e9dition par a\u00e9ronef de passagers. L&#8217;emballage int\u00e9rieur en plastique n&#8217;est pas non plus autoris\u00e9 pour l&#8217;emballage de la peinture UN1263 du groupe I. Vous devrez donc utiliser du verre ou du m\u00e9tal. Dans le cas des groupes d&#8217;emballage\u202fII et III, le verre, le m\u00e9tal et le plastique sont acceptables comme contenant int\u00e9rieur dans un colis combin\u00e9. La seule autre diff\u00e9rence principale ici est que pour le groupe d&#8217;emballage\u202fI, il faut utiliser une quantit\u00e9 suffisante d&#8217;absorbant pour entourer l&#8217;emballage int\u00e9rieur. Comme toujours, en cas d&#8217;exp\u00e9dition par voie a\u00e9rienne, le contenant int\u00e9rieur doit \u00eatre capable de passer une \u00e9preuve de pression de 95\u202fkPa. Si vous exp\u00e9diez par voie maritime, comme toujours, nous nous en remettons au <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecompliancecenter.com\/ca\/product-category\/publications\/imdg-code\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">code IMDG<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Dans le code IMDG, la liste des marchandises dangereuses de la partie\u202f3 nous renvoie \u00e0 l&#8217;instruction d&#8217;emballage \u202fP001 pour l&#8217;UN1263 dans les trois groupes d&#8217;emballage. Le P001 permet d&#8217;utiliser \u00e0 la fois des emballages simples et des emballages combin\u00e9s, notamment des bo\u00eetes, des f\u00fbts, des jerricanes et des emballages composites. Les emballages int\u00e9rieurs autoris\u00e9s par le P001 sont le verre, le m\u00e9tal et le plastique, avec des limites diff\u00e9rentes selon le type de contenant interne. En ce qui concerne l&#8217;\u00e9tiquetage, les \u00e9tiquettes de la classe de danger\u202f3 sont n\u00e9cessaires pour le transport a\u00e9rien et maritime du UN1263 enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9glement\u00e9. Les <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecompliancecenter.com\/ca\/product-category\/publications\/iata\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">codes IATA<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> et IMDG offrent tous deux la possibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;exp\u00e9dier des quantit\u00e9s limit\u00e9es pour le UN1263.
