The changes also have been a modernization of the exciting regulations that have been around since 2016. This will affect all those who manufacture, inspect, and ship materials utilizing intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) for the purpose of transporting dangerous goods of class 3, 4, 5, 6.1, 8, and 9.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">For <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">manufacturers<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The Marking of Composite IBCs (5.3.), the adding of the packaging group to which the IBC was tested to this section, and more importantly if the makings of the inner receptacle are not visible for inspection, they can be re-transposed to the outer receptacle as long as it&#8217;s preceded with the
