\"\"Dangerous Goods Blitz 2024<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Shipping dangerous goods should never be left to chance. Clear and concise training equips you with the confidence to ensure your shipping papers, labels, placards, and packaging meet compliance requirements across all modes of transportation. Adhering to regulations helps guarantee that your dangerous goods are properly documented and safely reach their destination. Additionally, it reduces the risk of delays and fines during vehicle inspections.<\/p>\n

Commercial motor vehicle enforcement personnel in Canada, Mexico, and the U.S. conducted 48,761 inspections during this year\u2019s International Road check, which took place May 14-16.<\/p>\n

International Road Check is a three-day initiative focused on inspecting commercial motor vehicles and drivers, enforcing safety regulations, and collecting data. Law enforcement agencies across North America participate voluntarily, with support from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, the Canadian Council of Motor Transport Administrators, Transport Canada, and Mexico\u2019s Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications, and Transportation.<\/p>\n

In North America, there were 163 dangerous goods violations during the 72 hours of the international road check.<\/p>\n

The Blitz<\/strong><\/h3>\n

During the 3-day Blitz, the top five dangerous goods violations in North America in order were loading, placarding, shipping papers, bulk packaging, and training certification violations. The breakdown of the violations found in North America is below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
