1. Who is ICC Compliance Center?
For over 30 years, ICC has been a leader in regulatory compliance and transportation of dangerous goods. We specialize in industrial labeling, packaging, consulting, and training for numerous industries.
ICC provides a one-stop-shop for all our customers, under one roof. ICC has over 30,000 products for you to choose from. From warning labels to workplace safety signs to packaging for your dangerous goods, we have it all!

2. What does ICC Compliance Center do?
One of ICC’s core strengths is our ability to author SDS’s, develop the label texts for our products, send it into our graphics design department to create the artwork for labels and then we have in-house manufacturing for labels, placards, signs, tags. ICC has everything that you need to label your product for compliance with regulations.
Packaging is a critical part of handling and storing or transporting dangerous goods. ICC was one of the first companies to develop UN approved packaging. ICC offers a complete line of UN approved packaging including drums, pails, 4GV Kits, vermiculite pre-shippers and anything you would need to ship hazardous materials by ground, air and ocean.
A Safety Data Sheet for any company, is a critical part of their health and workplace safety plan. An SDS provides information on proper handling, storing and safety. We can produce Safety Data Sheets for numerous industries. ICC can author your SDS’s in over 40 languages.
Regulations are constantly changing, and when they do, ICC is there to provide the solutions for our customers. We sit with a number of National and Regional associations that helps us stay abreast of regulatory changes. We take those changes and we apply them to our products to develop solutions, so our customers can stay in compliance with the regulations.

3. Where is ICC Compliance Center located?
Our USA division is based in Niagara Falls, NY. The address is 2150 Liberty Drive, Niagara Falls, NY 14304. We have a training facility and distribution center in Houston, TX.
Our Canadian division is based in Mississauga, ON. The address is 205 Matheson Blvd. East, Unit 7, Mississauga, ON L4Z 1X8. We have a training facility and distribution center in Dorval, QC, and a distribution center in Edmonton, AB.
We also have a sister company located in BC. It is Kel-Ex Agencies, a division of ICC, at 1600 Derwent Way, Unit 12, Delta, BC V3M 6M5. This location has a training facility and distribution center.
4. Does ICC Compliance Center repack hazardous materials/dangerous goods?
Our Dorval and Vancouver locations also provide repacking services to companies who cannot ship their own dangerous goods. We also partner with other repackers in North America to assist customers out of our region.
5. Who are the company's primary customers?
The company's primary customers are chemical, petroleum, paint and coatings, transportation, and industrial/commercial firms who offer, handle or transport hazardous materials / dangerous goods, or who must comply with the hazard communication portion of OSHA and WHMIS regulations.
