March 26, 2020

Dear Valued Customers,

We continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation, along with the business restrictions that are being put forth by our local and federal governments in North America.

As of March 25th, 2020, ICC is considered an essential service by the local governments in our locations. Our products, services, and our online training platforms ensure ICC customers can continue to handle, store, and transport their hazmat/dangerous goods safely.

We want to assure you that our manufacturing facilities, supply chain, and logistics departments continue to operate. For the continued health and safety of our team and our customers, we have established COVID-19 cleaning and distancing protocols in our locations.

ICC will continue to take the necessary action as recommended by our governments to ensure the safety of everyone in our communities.

We want to extend our gratitude to our fellow citizens working in health care, essential services, or those who are helping to manage the impact of COVID-19 for all of us.

Dear Valued Customers,

We continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation, along with the recommendations that are being put forth by the World Health Organization, Health Canada, and the CDC.

The health and safety of our customers, our staff, our families, and our neighbors are of great concern to the ICC team.

Therefore effective immediately, we are implementing processes that align with the recommended social distancing practices until further notice. Our offices, our warehouses, and our manufacturing locations will still be operational but will be closed to customers. Customers who routinely pick up their orders from our warehouses are asked to contact us to arrange for shipping or an alternative solution.

Our supply chain is local, including our own manufacturing facilities, so we will continue to fulfill orders placed online, or by email or phone and ship to our customers via courier in a timely manner.

We want to extend our gratitude to our fellow citizens working in health care, essential services, or those who are helping to manage the impact of COVID-19 for all of us.
