April 27, 2015, Toronto, ON — ICC Compliance Center (ICC) is pleased to announce the availability of resources to help Ontario companies prepare for the Ministry of Labour’s WHMIS compliance inspection blitz from 2015 – 2016. ICC has solutions for compliance with workplace labeling, material safety data sheets (MSDSs), training, and more.
The company’s workplace labeling solutions include a variety of stock labels for: hazard classes; Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS); shipping & handling; cylinders; drums; inventory and more. MSDSs are transitioning to SDSs with the implementation of GHS in Canada (known as WHMIS 2015). ICC offers a variety of SDS services to help companies stay in compliance. Training is an essential part of workplace health and safety. ICC continues to offer training courses that cover regulations such as GHS, TDG, WHMIS, IATA, IMDG, and more. Courses are held at ICC training centers, online, or prerecorded for training at the participants’ leisure.
