TDG Clear Language Regulations

Transport Canada TDG Clear Language Regulations-links, books, placards, labels, forms and more.

TDG Clear Language has broadened the regulations to reflect changes in technology, packaging, and transport and to harmonize the regulations with the UN recommendations.

In addition, the responsibilities and accountability of the public, industry and government employees handling and transporting dangerous goods have been clearly defined. The TDG Regulations promote public safety during the transport of dangerous goods and are the major source of information, regulatory development, and guidance.
