GHS, WHMIS 2015, & HazCom 2012 Chemical Labels, Drum Labels and Pictograms
Our pictogram and chemical labels are designed specifically to comply with the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). These regulations are already accepted as law in many countries including the United States and Canada.
GHS-ready chemical labels ensure you are in compliance. Products shipped in the United States or Europe must comply by June 1, 2015.
GHS pictogram labels are used to depict the recommended measures that should be taken to minimize or prevent adverse effects caused by exposure to hazardous products.
Label Text Regulatory Services
As a component of your company's hazard communication program, the ability to communicate potential workplace hazards efficiently and effectively is vital. Depending on the country in which your company operates and the markets you serve, there are varying regulations to comply with. The foundation of the safety program is having a compliant SDS. Labels are then generated to further communicate the hazards as the employees work with the products.
Labels contain important information to communicate the hazards to the employee. Depending on the country the label is designed for, the GHS label will contain hazard statements, hazard pictograms, precautionary statements and other elments.
At ICC Compliance Center, we offer a variety of labeling services that will meet or exceed your needs for regulatory compliance. Our regulatory department has 190+ years of combined experience, enabling them to answer your health and safety, transportation, and workplace regulations questions.
